Then the patches came before the game’s release, and each patch broke something or other within the editor but still I figured they were just “working out the kinks” before the game released.
Then Reforged was announced, I was hyped but didn’t feel like paying for the same game again as I didn’t really care too much for the “enhanced graphics”, I was more excited for the free updates to the World Editor. WC3 in particular was my favourite, I spent years of my life on that game alone playing custom games and even making my own. I was a blizzard fanboy for a very long time, I grew up with WC2, WC3, Starcraft and Diablo 1 & 2. I don’t want to take that away from you but I think you should be cautiously optimistic (if optimistic at all). Look, I get it, Diablo has been the neglected child for a long time and you guys are hyped about finally getting attention.
